Lean Manufacturing
In collaboration with the Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Companies, waste was eliminated from the quality department by eliminating non-value added paperwork and implementing electronic system for documenting and reviewing inspection data in full compliance with 21CFR210 and 21CFR211 requirements.
Quality systems
With the Theragenics Corporation, a new design and development planning procedure was designed and provided to new product development teams that satisfied both ISO 9001:1994 and 21CFR820.30 requirements for Class II and Class III medical devices.
- Deployed new quality assurance systems reducing defective product by $20,000
- Developed a software quality assurance program for a 1,000,000-line enterprise resource planning system from 300 errors to zero

Validation
Mulitple equipment, process, and computer system validation projects were completed in partnership with Schering-Plough Consumer HealthCare’s Analytical and Microbiological laboratories that also satisfy 21CFR210 and ISO17025 requirements.
